Do I need an account to shop on the site?
No, you do not need to create an account in order to shop on the site. Creating an account will however enhance your shopping experience by creating a wishlist, write reviews, and track your order status.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accepts the following payment methods:

Do you accept gift cards and merchandise credits?
We currently are unable to issue and accept gift card and merchandise credits. We are in the process of making this feature available in the near future.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not take orders over the phone. We can assist you in placing your order if you have any questions or issues. Please call customer service at 323-691-4185 for further assistance.
Why is my order declining during checkout?
Please double check the following, as these are the most common reasons:
• Make sure the “billing address” field is the BILLING address on file with your credit card.
• Make sure you have sufficient funds in your credit card.
• If you have not used the credit card in a long time, check with your bank as a security block may have been put on it.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. In some cases, billing/shipping discrepancies may cause orders to be held for review. For our security and the security of our customers, if contacted, you may be required to submit further verification before your order is charged and processed.
Can I use more than one coupon code at checkout?
When available, only one coupon code per order may be applied at checkout.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
If an item has sold quickly, we will do our best to put it back in stock from our supplier. Feel free to email us on a specific item and we will provide you with any additional information we have. All items on sale will not be restocked.
How do I check on the status of my order?
You can enter in your email address used to place the order along with the order number.
My order says “pending”. What does that mean?
Pending order status mean that we have successfully received your order. Although generally orders received by 8AM will be processed the same day, it can however take up to 3 business days before your package is shipped. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an updated status with a tracking number.
Why was my order cancelled?
Your order may have been cancelled for various reasons. Generally, orders are canceled due to mismatch credit card billing information. In order to give you an accurate answer on your specific order, please email or call customer service with your order number.
Why am I being billed for customs and duties on my international order?
All international orders are subject to VAT and any additional customs fees upon delivery. These fees are implemented by each country and will vary by destination, custom’s policies, and package value. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Dress 4 Less is unable to determine the additional fees at checkout. For more information, contact your local customs office.
Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO?
Yes, however the only method that delivers to these addresses is USPS Priority Mail.
Returns & Exchanges
Where is my return?
Returns are normally processed within 3-5 business days after we have received the package. All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Please label and package your return carefully. Dress 4 Less is not responsible for any returns that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit and delivery.
Why did I receive my return package back to me?
Packages will be returned to sender if they do not meet our return guidelines and policies.
