You can check your order status by using the order tracking facility by clicking on Track Order at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can also check to see if your order has shipped out by logging in to your account and checking order status.

I have received a faulty/incorrect item in my order.
Please return the order you have received and we will replace your items with products that are satisfactory or the correct ones as appropriate. Alternately, if you feel that you would rather have a refund, we can refund your order in accordance with our returns policy.

An item is missing from my order.
Please ensure that you have received all the packages associated with each tracking order and please check through the packaging to ensure that any small items are not mixed up with the packaging. If you still cannot locate the missing item, please get in touch with our customer service.

Sales taxes are charged if your shipping address is in Texas. Customs and import charges are applicable as per the rules, regulations and laws administering your country and are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, Dress4Less delivers to APO and FPO using USPS (United States Postal Service).

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a paper catalog. Our online catalog contains all the products available for sale from Dress 4 Less.

I saw a celebrity wearing a certain article of clothing; can I buy it from you?
We carry products by some of the most trendy and stylish fashion designers/houses and if the article of clothing you are looking for is made by one of them, you will most likely be able to buy it from us.

I ordered something but it used to have a different price on your website.
Dress4Less reserves the right to change prices for our products at any time.

Do I need to create an account to make purchases from Dress4Less?
Yes, we currently require our customers to create an account before making any purchases. However, you can request us to remove your account and information at any time by contacting customer services.

How can I check what size is right for me?

Could I get more information on a product by contacting your representatives?
We include as much information as possible on our product pages including product images, measurements as well as detailed descriptions. If  you feel that the information we have provided is insufficient, please use the feedback form available on the “Contact Us” page to let us know what information you would like to have and for which product(s).

How do I sign up for the Dress4Less newsletter?
You may subscribe for the Dress4Less newsletter when you are creating your account. Alternatively, if you already have an account you can log-in to your account and select subscribe to newsletter and check the field if it is empty and click submit. Another option our users have is to click on the “E-mail signup” link near the top of the page and enter your name, e-mail address and Captcha code in the image provided to subscribe for our newsletter.

How do I change my details on my Dress4Less account?
If you already have an account, simply log on using the My Account link at the top of the page and change your personal information as and when required.

Can I alter or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped, you can contact customer services and cancel your order. If alterations are required, we will try as much as possible to accommodate our customers but it is not always possible to do so. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel or alter your order. You will have to return the packages to Dress4Less and make a new order on our site.


I am having problems logging on, accessing or shopping on your site.
Please make sure you have the latest browser, operating system and updates. If you are still experiencing problems, please get in touch with our customer service team.

I am having trouble with the shopping cart.
The shopping cart on Dress4Less requires cookies so please ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser (this can usually be done through the Tools menu and Internet Options for Internet Explorer and the Tools menu followed by Options for Firefox).
It is also possible that you are using your internet browsers back button (or go back one page button in Firefox) after you add an item to your shopping cart. This will effectively mean that you went back to not having that item in your shopping cart. You should instead use the Continue Shopping button on the shopping cart page.

I cannot sign in to my account or my shopping cart is empty.
In the first case, please ensure that you are using the e-mail ID you used to sign up for a Dress4Less account and the correct password. If you have forgotten your password, please click Forgot Password on the My Account page and enter the e-mail address you used to sign up for your account.
If you still cannot sign-in, or your shopping cart is empty even if you have already enabled cookies, you might need to delete the cookies on your computer.

For Internet Explorer users, you can do this by going to the Tools menu followed by Internet Options. When the Internet Options window opens up, click on the Delete… button under Browsing History.

For Mozilla Firefox users, press and hold Control-Shift-Delete or go to the Tools menu and select Clear Recent History. When the window opens up, select Everything under Time Range to Clear and please ensure that the field next to cookies is checked. Then click on Clear Now.

You should now be able to sign-in or use your shopping cart without any problems.

This can happen for a variety of reasons, the most common of which are errors in the billing information you provided. Please ensure that your billing address and start date are correct by logging in to your account. If the problem persists, please contact our customer services for further assistance.

I have seen a product on your site but it is now out of stock.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience but our catalog of products is constantly changing. Our most popular products are often sold out soon after they are introduced on our site so please try to order the item you want as soon as possible. However, we are constantly adding new products on our site and if the product of your choice is out of stock, you can check our New Arrivals to see if a similar item has been added.
