- Develop, implement & manage affiliate marketing strategies including recruitment, retention, activation & acquisition; data feed distribution; site auditing & communication campaigns.
- Manage current affiliates. Increasing the output of current affiliates through developing strong working relationships
- Responsible for communicating the affiliate channel offerings and opportunities to our clients
- Create and disseminate strategic marketing messages for affiliates to educate them and educate them on our partner's products and services
- Own and manage ROI for each of the partner's affiliate deals
- Develop and manage promotions directed towards affiliates to increase active affiliate base and volume/value of transactions
- Identify opportunities for growth within the affiliate channel
- Direct internal online creative development
- Develop reporting and analysis to track & measure affiliate performance
- Must be able to work across various departments and cross functional teams

Required Qualifications:
Experience - External:
- BA/BS; marketing or communications preferred.
- 3+ yrs experience in affiliate marketing.
- Familiarity w/ SEM.
- Knowledge of HTML, Photoshop & other Web tools.
- Must have proven ability to manage several affiliate programs simultaneously.
- Management experience a plus

Dress4less.com is seeking an experienced Associate Buyer to become the newest member of our Buying Team. The Associate Buyer will work closely with the Head Buyer in a variety of operational functions, and primarily responsibilities will include assortment planning, product selection and promotion, vendor negotiation, gross margin and inventory control, and the development of e-commerce merchandising directives.

The ideal Associate Buyer will be equally effective working as part of a team and in self-guided activities. This candidate should be comfortable managing the inputs from multiple sources and still be able to hit a deadline, have good communication skills, strong attention to detail, and be able to handle several projects in parallel. An Associate Buyer should have a strong business and/or retail background, and the personality to challenge their vendors when necessary.

The Email Marketing Manager has ownership and direct responsibility for management within the marketing group on a number of key accounts. This position oversees their team in the development of strategy and writing of media/marketing plans to meet client's marketing objectives and the subsequent implementation and performance analysis. Email Marketing Manager's are part of the core account team and maintain a strong relationship with the client and internally across all disciplines.

Strategic Capabilities
- The ability to gain the respect and trust of clients, to help position DRESS4LESS.COM as a strategic resource with key client contacts. This includes the ability to understand key client wants, and to articulate the agency's ability to provide solutions to business needs.
- Core contributor to strategic initiatives. Articulates DRESS4LESS.COM  view on customer segmentation/CRM, media/search strategy, tactics and execution. Ensures that strategies align with objectives and that client expectations are set and met consistently.
- Oversee development of program strategies and analyses for clients (e.g., target audience recommendations, timing/scheduling strategy, media mix strategy etc.)
- Responsible for comprehensive management of assigned accounts within the media department with oversight from a Group Marketing Director. Typically, this includes the management of industry/category knowledge, marketing planning, campaign implementation/execution, performance tracking and analysis and various associated projects.
- Manage creative development for site-side graphic changes, email marketing, and affiliates, to ensure strategic integrity, and continuity across channels.
- Work with partner to better integrate online marketing channels and on-site promotions, to ensure optimal timing, consistent messaging, and superior customer experience.
- Draw insight from program results and ensure dialogue with client and internal team on informed strategic implications.
- Seek opportunities to grow the business, and cross-sell services based on client needs.

Client Management
- Assume substantial role on the core client team to manage day-to-day interaction, identify issues, develop new business opportunities with existing clients and assist in development of new client relationships.
- Assume ownership of client questions and issues related to media/marketing; serve as day-to-day contact along side account director.

Management
- Work closely with account, creative and reporting/analysis teams to ensure media plans and creative/measurement work are strategically aligned, and client needs are met.
- Responsible for oversight of all program budgets.
- Promote/sell media department capabilities across teams/company
- Manage the work of the Email Specialists, providing leadership, ongoing feedback, effective motivation, performance evaluation, career direction and training of staff members
- Work with indirect reports in reporting, creative development, and business management, to ensure seamless operation of the account.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- Minimum of 6 years in roles of increasing responsibility in departments of a similar nature (e.g., ad agency media department).
- Extensive email marketing experience is an absolute prerequisite; including forecasting, planning, execution and performance analysis
- Management experience is required, with a minimum of 3 years in a previous role.
- Proven leadership ability and previous client relationship experience required.

Additional Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of interactive media (all online channels and pricing models)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of interactive media tools and technologies, including email service providers
